Please include your certificate ID (it looks like VW-XXXX-XXXX) if your question is about a certificate.
What we can help with
- Your certificate: payment, a certificate that didn't arrive, or an identity check result you think is wrong (we'll have it reviewed by a person).
- Revoking or removing a certificate, for example if you no longer control the wallet.
- Privacy and data requests: a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or withdrawing consent. We reply within one month. See our Privacy Policy.
- Businesses and partners: using certificates in your own checks, or embedding badges.
We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, by email or anywhere else. Anyone who does is not us.
